Pop's is very casual and has a very friendly feel to it. The owners and waitstaff are very nice and service is good. Food is great! Beer is always ice cold.

What a Disaster! Travis' review is entirely accurate.
Since there is no place to grab lunch for the drive back from Rockport, we decided to grab a couple of burgers for the road. In order to expedite the process, I paid for the order while they were "cooking it". $18.50, and gave her $20... OK fine. After 20 minutes of choking from the smoke, I. Asked about the status of the order. She said that it had not even been started, and it would be another 10-15 minutes.
We decided that the DQ in Tivoli would be better than this insanity, and tried to cancel the order. Obviously, she only gave me the $18.50 back.
They seem far more concerned with the toothless regulars at the bar than new customers. Oh well, we tried. -

Not the restaurant it used to be. Catfish basket came with fish that was tough and very strange. Ate the curly fries and didn't send it back - one harried waitress that was also the bartender. Sprouse's burger was 4+ greasy. There are better choices in Rockport and the area.

This place has a small town feel to it, a laid back and relaxing atmosphere, nothing fancy, friendly and attentive staff and clean for starters. The food, the food is pretty good, and the price is about on par with the area. I had the Shrimp Basket, "6 fried shrimp and fries", my GF had the Shrimp Po Boy and homemade potato chips, we both had ice tea, the bill came to $29.60 plus tip. They have a brunch menu with a wide variety to choose from and reasonably priced meals, unfortunately we missed that, I believe it runs from 08:00-10:45 Saturday and Sunday. Back to the menu, a pretty good variety there, seafood, salads, sandwiches, hamburgers, appetizers and few things that I'm sure I forgot to mention. They also have pool tables and a bar, I'm not sure if they allow smoking, I don't think so because no one was smoking and I don't recall seeing ash trays. Hope this helps, I'm going back for the brunch next weekend!
